Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Dubai takes 1–2 days. Other UAE emirates take 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery across the UAE on all orders over AED 200. Orders below AED 200 have a flat delivery fee of AED 20 for Dubai and AED 30 for other emirates.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Currently we deliver within the UAE only. We are working on expanding to GCC countries — stay tuned by subscribing to our email list.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also WhatsApp us at +971 52 347 1785 for a live update on your order.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via Kara Express LLC, a UAE-based courier with over 20 years of experience. We deliver to GCC countries, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and more. See our full rate table on the Shipping & Delivery page.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping rates depend on the destination and the weight of your order. Here are some example rates for a 1kg shipment:
Saudi Arabia: AED 100 — Oman: AED 80 — Qatar: AED 80 — Kuwait: AED 105 — Lebanon: AED 115 — India: AED 100 — UK: AED 130 — USA: AED 190 — France: AED 145

How long does international delivery take?
Estimated delivery times vary by destination. As a general guide: GCC countries typically take 2–4 business days, Middle East and Asia 3–6 business days, Europe 4–7 business days, and the Americas 5–8 business days. Times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.
Are there any extra charges for international orders?
Yes — export declaration charges apply on international orders based on order value. Orders under AED 999 have no declaration fee. Orders between AED 1,000–2,999 have a AED 45 fee. Orders between AED 3,000–15,000 have a AED 80 fee. Orders above AED 15,000 have a AED 120 fee for GCC and AED 150 for the rest of the world. These will be added to your order total at checkout or invoiced separately.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for cosmetics and hair care products before ordering.
Can I track my international order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched with Kara Express, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also WhatsApp us at any time for a live status update on your shipment.
My country is not in the rate table — can you still ship to me?
Yes. For destinations not listed or for shipments above 30kg, please contact us on WhatsApp with your destination and approximate order weight and we will provide you with a custom quote.
Products & Authenticity
Are your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. We are an authorised UAE retailer for both Kérastase and L'Oréal Professionnel. All products are sourced directly through official UAE distributors — never grey market, never counterfeit.
How do I know which product is right for my hair?
Our team is here to help. Simply WhatsApp us at +971 52 347 1785 and describe your hair type and concern — we'll recommend the right products for you. You can also visit us at our salon in Anantara Hotel, Downtown Dubai.
Are the prices in AED?
Yes, all prices on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@ramiarabi.com with your order number.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
The Salon
Where is Rami Arabi Beauty Salon located?
We are located at Downtown Hotel Entrance, Al Khaleej Al Tejari 1 St, 1st Floor, Anantara - Marasi Dr, Dubai, UAE. We are open Monday to Sunday, 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM.
Can I buy products directly from the salon?
Yes! You're welcome to visit us in person to browse and purchase products. Our team can also give you a personalised consultation to find the right routine for your hair.
