What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on products that are:
- Unopened and unused in their original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- In the same condition as when they were delivered
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Gift sets that have been opened
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
Received a Damaged Product?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — at no cost to you.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is due to a fault or error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
